The Trust has keenly supported the efforts of the Waterworks Trust making grants to help with the removal of two large motor/pump concrete plinths to further enhance visitor experience, to refurbish and equip a switch room and to carry out repairs, renovation and refurbishment in the undercroft.

The Trust has for a number of years made grants to Lichfield Arts to help them to stage the Fuse Festival in Beacon Park, the Blues and Jazz Festival and the Festival of Folk
The annual Swinfen Broun Challenge Trophy bowls match between the Lichfield City Council team against the Lichfield Museum Bowling Club, was held on Wednesday 28 June 2023.
The Trust has been extremely supportive of the development of the The Hub at St Mary’s which now incorporates the Lichfield Heritage Centre.
