Swinfen Broun Challenge Trophy Bowls Match

The annual Swinfen Broun Challenge Trophy bowls match between the Lichfield City Council team against the Lichfield Museum Bowling Club, was held on Wednesday 28 June 2023.

An enjoyable evening was had by all with the Bowling Club taking the trophy once again with a score of 107 to 54. The challenge match has been played since 1924, with the trophy donated by Colonel Swinfen Broun in 1926.
